Working principle of scraper evaporator
       The scraper evaporator shell is equipped with a heating steam jacket, which is equipped with rotatable blades or scrapers. There are two types of scrapers: fixed type and rotor type. The gap between the former and the inner wall of the shell is0.5~1.5mm, the gap between the latter and the wall changes with the number of revolutions of the rotor. The material liquid is added from the upper part of the scraper evaporator along the tangential direction (it is also added to the material rejection plate coaxial with the scraper). Due to the action of gravity, centrifugal force and rotating scraper, the solution forms a down-spin film on the inner wall of the device, and is evaporated and concentrated during the process, and the finished solution is discharged at the bottom. This evaporator is a single-pass evaporator that uses external power to form a film.

       5. The scraper evaporator changes the inclination angle of the groove on the outside of the scraper to adjust the time the material stays in the evaporator to adapt to the evaporation needs of materials with different viscosities.
       6All parts and equipment of the scraper evaporator that come into contact with the material liquid are made of stainless steel, thus preventing the material liquid from being contaminated.
       7. The top of the scraper evaporator is equipped with a quick-open cover to facilitate brushing of the heating tube. There are light holes and sight glasses on both sides of the top to facilitate observation during operation.

Scope of application of scraper evaporator
       Scraper evaporators are used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, and are suitable for materials with high viscosity (such as tannins, honey, etc.) and materials that are prone to crystallization, scaling, and heat sensitivity.
