Working principle
The working principle of the alcohol recovery tower is based on the principle that the boiling point of alcohol is lower than the boiling point of other solutions. The dilute alcohol solution to be recovered is heated and volatilized at a temperature slightly higher than the boiling point of alcohol. After distillation in the tower, pure alcohol gas is precipitated to increase the concentration of the alcohol solution to achieve the purpose of recovering alcohol.
Equipment structure
The alcohol recovery tower consists of six parts: tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank, and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for dilute alcohol recovery in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical industry and other industries.
