Working principle
Drum flaking is a cooling crystallization process. The molten material liquid in the material tray contacts the cooling drum, forming a material film on the surface of the drum. Through the heat exchange between the material film and the drum wall, the material film is cooled and crystallized. The crystallized material film is scraped off by a scraper and becomes a flake product.
Drum drying is a continuous operation equipment that uses a rotating drum to heat and dry the liquid phase material or strip material attached to the outer wall of the drum through heat conduction.
