The emulsification process of the emulsification pot is carried out under fully sealed conditions. The materials in the pot are sheared, mixed and emulsified by the high-speed internal circulation of the lower homogenizer. The upper scraper agitator produces centrifugal action during operation, making the PTFE scraper close to the pot wall, which effectively solves the problem of pot wall sticking and effectively prevents dust and microbial contamination. The emulsified product is bright and delicate, and the particle diameter is ultra-small.3~5μm.

This model of emulsifying pot has reasonable design and good craftsmanship. The materials after homogenization are fine and uniform and have good brightness. The homogenization system of this equipment adopts a propelling extrusion worm gear shearing structure. The material is sent to the homogenizer by the propelling impeller. The homogenization work is performed through the blade worm gear (dynamic) and two fixed ring gears. When the impeller rotates at high speed, the suction force generated will push the material to extrusion and worm shearing successively to achieve the purpose of homogenization. When the homogenizer is working, according to the different viscosity of the material, the valve between the pot and the homogenizer pipeline can be closed for internal and external circulation homogenization, which can give the material a chance to be evenly emulsified. At the same time, the homogenizer can serve as both a discharging pump and a cleaning pump. Under the action of the eccentricity generated by the scraper stirrer during operation, the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper adheres closely to the pot wall, which solves the problem of material sticking to the pot wall and leaves no dead corners. The frequency conversion speed regulating device can adjust the speed steplessly. The sight glass device installed on the pot table of this equipment is equipped with a closed lighting lamp for the operator to observe the emulsification status of the material at any time. The heating and cooling of the entire equipment are completed in the same jacket. The outside of the jacket is equipped with an aluminum silicate insulation layer and a stainless steel decorative plate polished to a mirror surface. On the one hand, it can save heating and cooling time, and on the other hand, it can prevent operators from being scalded.
