In the industrial production process, tube heat exchangers are widely used heat exchange equipment. Compared with other partition wall heat exchangers, the heat transfer area per unit volume provided by the equipment is much larger and the heat transfer effect is also better. The following points should be noted during operation:
1, the initial operation should be slow, warm up first, and gradually increase the temperature;
2, Do a good job in preheating the pressure reducing valve and adjusting it after it is put into operation;
3. When starting the unit, the cold side valve should be opened first, and then the hot side valve should be opened after stabilization; when the unit is stopped, the hot side valve should be closed first, and then the cold side valve should be closed;
4. After normal operation, close the bypass valve of the steam-water heat exchanger trap and put the trap into normal operation. If the temperature of the drain is too low, such as50℃Below, the bypass valve can be opened and operated. If the temperature of the steam trap is too high, such as90℃When the condensate system is running without pressure, close the bypass valve to prevent steam from passing through, causing steam and water impact;
5, Operation adjustment, operation adjustment mainly adjusts the water supply temperature and flow rate according to weather changes. The operator mainly achieves the purpose of controlling the outlet water temperature of the unit by controlling the inlet flow of superheated steam to the tube heat exchanger in one section of the thermal unit. When the outdoor temperature is high, the temperature is controlled by controlling the number of operating equipment and adjusting the inlet steam flow. However, be careful to minimize the frequency of opening the heat exchanger to avoid leakage of the sealing gasket due to frequent starting and stopping. When the heating load is reduced, attention should be paid to steam pipe drainage to avoid water hammer in the heat exchanger. Operation adjustment requires coordination and unified deployment of the entire system.
