       During the raw material selection stage, the pipe wall thickness uniformity and corrosion resistance indicators should be strictly inspected, and seamless stainless steel pipes that meet the standards should be given priority; a CNC bending machine should be used during sheet metal forming to ensure that the shell ovality error is controlled within±0.5mmWithin the limit, the head needs to be processed after spinning.XRadiographic inspection. Tube plate welding is the core process. Automatic argon arc welding equipment must be used in conjunction with tooling fixtures to ensure that the expansion strength of the tens of thousands of heat exchange tubes and tube plates reaches the design pressure.1.5times. The pressure test process should be implemented in stages. One-sided hydraulic pressure test should be performed first and then the overall air tightness test should be performed. The pressure holding time should be no less than30minute. After the assembly is completed, a thermal operation simulation test should be conducted, and an infrared thermal imaging camera should be used to detect whether the temperature distribution in each area is uniform. Before leaving the factory, the flange sealing surface must be checked for flatness and equipped with specific anti-corrosion gaskets.
       The entire production process needs to establish traceable quality files, and set up double quality inspection levels for key processes to ensure that each tube heat exchanger can meet relevant standard requirements.
