What should you pay attention to when operating a tube and tube heat exchanger?
In the industrial production process, tube heat exchangers are widely used heat exchange equipment. Compared with other partition wall heat exchangers, the heat transfer area per unit volume provided by the equipment is much larger and the heat transfer effect is also better. The following points should be noted during operation:

5, Operation adjustment, operation adjustment mainly adjusts the water supply temperature and flow rate according to weather changes. The operator mainly achieves the purpose of controlling the outlet water temperature of the unit by controlling the inlet flow of superheated steam to the tube heat exchanger in one section of the thermal unit. When the outdoor temperature is high, the temperature is controlled by controlling the number of operating equipment and adjusting the inlet steam flow. However, be careful to minimize the frequency of opening the equipment to avoid leakage of the sealing gasket due to frequent starts and stops. When the heating load is reduced, attention should be paid to steam pipe drainage to avoid water hammer in the equipment. Operation adjustment requires coordination and unified deployment of the entire system.
