What are the differences between tube and tube heat exchangers and sleeve and tube heat exchangers?

The tube heat exchanger is mainly composed of a shell, a tube sheet, a heat exchange tube, a head, a baffle, etc.; during the heat exchange process, the fluid enters from the connecting tube of the head, flows in the tube, and flows out from the outlet pipe at the other end of the head, which is called the tube side; another fluid enters from the connecting tube of the shell and flows out from another connecting tube on the shell, which is called the shell side.
The sleeve heat exchanger mainly consists of a shell (including an inner shell and a shell),UIt consists of a bent pipe, a stuffing box, etc.; the pipe is generally fixed on a bracket, and two different media can flow in the pipe in opposite directions (or in the same direction) for the purpose of heat exchange.
Tube and tube heat exchangerThe structure is relatively simple, compact, and cheap, but mechanical cleaning cannot be performed outside the tube. The tube bundle of the heat exchanger is connected to the tube plate, the tube plate is welded to both ends of the shell, and the tube plate is connected to the top cover. The top cover and the housing are provided with fluid inlet and outlet connecting pipes. A series of baffles are usually installed outside the tubes perpendicular to the tube bundle. At the same time, the connection between the tube, tube sheet and shell is rigid, and there are two fluids with different temperatures inside and outside the tube. Therefore, when the temperature difference between the tube wall and the shell wall is large, a large temperature difference stress will be generated due to the different thermal expansion of the two, causing the pipe to bend or the pipe to loosen from the tube sheet, or cause damage to the heat exchanger.
Casing heat exchangers are products designed and manufactured for small and medium-sized cold water (heat pump) units. It is used in refrigeration equipment such as water ring heat pump units, water source cold water (heat pump) units, air source cold water (heat pump) units, ground source cold water (heat pump) units, etc.
