Its unit volume of equipment can provide a large heat transfer area and good heat transfer performance. It is mainly composed of shell, tube plate, heat exchange tube, head, baffle, etc. Because the equipment has a compact structure and can be made of a variety of materials, it has strong adaptability and is widely used in large-scale installations and high temperatures and high pressures. Therefore, we must do daily maintenance work:
1. Carefully check the operating parameters of the equipment. Over-temperature and over-voltage are strictly prohibited.
2, Operators should strictly abide by the operating procedures, conduct regular inspections of the equipment, and check whether the foundation supports are stable and the equipment leaks, etc.
3, Keep bolts tight and valves, pressure gauges and other facilities intact.
4. When using equipment belonging to pressure vessels, the following points should be done during daily maintenance:
(1) Operators should be certified to work. The user unit should conduct regular training and education for pressure vessel operators.
(2) Pressure vessel files must be established and kept by the management department. And it should be clearly stated in the process operating procedures and job operating procedures.

a.When the working pressure and medium temperature of the equipment exceed the specified values, effective control cannot be achieved even if measures are taken.
b.The main pressure-bearing components of the equipment may suffer from dangerous phenomena such as cracks, bulges, deformation, and leakage.
c.Safety attachment failed.
d.The pipes and fasteners are damaged, making it difficult to ensure safe operation.
e.The carbon steel tube heat exchanger and pipes vibrated severely, endangering safe operation.
f.Other abnormal situations.
