Working principle of stainless steel reactor

       Thermal oil is placed in the jacket of the electric heating stainless steel reaction kettle and heated by the electric heating rod. The jacket has holes for inlet, oil discharge, overflow measurement, venting, electric heating rod, temperature measurement, etc. to take over. Stainless steel reactors that use steam heating are directly filled with steam in the jacket for heating. Steam heating reactors need a stable supply of steam heat source, and are usually equipped with a boiler.
       Application scope of reactor
       1. Stainless steel reactors are widely used in reactions, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitration, etc. in chemical, food, coating, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, paint, medicine, and petrochemical production.
       2. Introduction to stainless steel reactor
       Stainless steel reactor is also called stainless steel reaction tank. It consists of a kettle body, a kettle cover, a stirrer, a heating and cooling jacket, a support and transmission device, a shaft seal device, an oil spill tank, etc. It is also equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.
       Since users have different production processes and operating conditions, stainless steel reaction kettles generally have anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, push type or frame type. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with a support. There are two types of supports: hanging or supported. There is a discharge port at the bottom of the pot body.

       3. Characteristics of stainless steel reactor

       2, good heat resistance and wide operating temperature range (-196~600℃). It will not oxidize and peel at higher temperatures, so it can be used for direct fire heating.
       3, has good corrosion resistance and no rust.
       4, The heat transfer effect is better than that of the enamel reactor, and the heating and cooling speeds are faster.
       5, has good processing performance, and can be made into reactors of various shapes and structures according to process requirements. The wall of the kettle can be polished so that no material hangs on it, making it easy to clean.
       Comprehensive comparison: Because of the high power of the electric heating rod, the electric heating stainless steel reactor consumes more energy than the steam heating reactor, and the heating speed is slower than the steam heating reactor; however, the steam heating stainless steel reactor needs to be equipped with a coal-fired boiler, and the basic investment is slightly larger than that of the electric heating reactor.
