Refrigeration should be considered when designing stainless steel tube heat exchangers
The rotating tube condenser and the air conditioning tube condenser are two different types of equipment, and they have different characteristics. So just imagine, can these two types of equipment be interchanged and used?
In fact, there is a basis for converting the rotating tube condenser and the air condenser, because they are both phase change heat transfer equipment, but there are some differences in the thermal mechanism. When the rotary evaporator is running, it is more concerned about its evaporation temperature, evaporation area and other issues; while the condenser is more concerned about its heat transfer efficiency and refrigeration issues.
When designing the stainless steel tube heat exchanger, the cooling capacity and structure must be considered. The condenser needs to consider refrigeration when transferring heat, and heat transfer must also be considered when refrigeration. The two are inseparable. If you want to convert the rotary evaporator and condenser, you need to use a four-way reversing valve.
