What are the factors that affect the heat transfer efficiency of carbon steel tube heat exchangers?
The design and manufacturing of carbon steel tube heat exchangers are characterized by high precision, that is, high design requirements, small tolerances, beautiful appearance, long service life, and easy maintenance. So we all know that the heat exchange effect of heat exchange equipment is not very good after long-term use, so how to improve its heat exchange efficiency?
Ambient temperature: The ambient temperature outside the heat exchanger directly affects the evaporation or condensation temperature of the equipment, and directly determines the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the heat exchanger tube. The greater the temperature difference, the greater the heat exchange capacity.
Ambient humidity: Indoor wet bulb temperature has a great influence on the cooling capacity during cooling. Under normal circumstances, the higher the ambient humidity, the better the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger.
Ventilation volume and wind speed: Generally, the greater the air volume and wind speed, the stronger the heat exchange capacity and efficiency, but at the same time the higher the noise generated, so the air volume should be reasonably determined according to the performance index requirements. There is also a contradiction between heat exchange capacity and noise in the selection of outdoor air volume. Generally, single-row heat exchangers have a relatively large windward area and a relatively large air volume.
Compressor capacity:
Carbon steel tube heat exchangerThe heat exchange capacity is directly proportional to the compressor capacity. The large displacement of the compressor and the large circulation of the refrigerant in the system will accelerate the flow rate of the refrigerant in the heat exchanger tubes and improve the heat exchange efficiency within the tubes. However, if a large horse-drawn cart is used, the cost will increase and the energy efficiency ratio will decrease, which is not worth the loss. Generally not recommended for use, suitable for compensation of small heat exchangers.
There are many reasons that affect the heat transfer efficiency of carbon steel tube heat exchangers. From the perspective of use, if it is used for a period of time, the heat exchange effect will be affected, then clogging will occur, and there will be scaling on the inner surface of the plate. From a design perspective, the channel spacing, spacing column arrangement and plate thickness of the device will all affect the heat transfer efficiency of the device.
